WET WEATHER : In the event of bad weather you need to call the office of Bucking Events 1300 138 338, if you wish to postpone your event. You need to contact us before we leave our factory in Narellan. If we arrive on site and the decision is made to cancel/postpone due to poor weather, full payment will be required. If you postpone before we leave our factory in Narellan you can transfer your payments to any booking with Bucking Events within a twelve month period, pending availability.

DELIVERY AND SET-UP: We deliver, set up and remove equipment. Set up time approximately 30-60 minutes per game. Our staff will arrive approximately 40-60 minutes before your event. Our fee is based on us removing the equipment immediately after your booking has been completed.

EARLY SET-UP: If an early set-up or a late removal is required then an additional fee will apply.

SITE INSPECTION: Site inspections can be arranged by calling Bucking Events on 1300 138 338. There may be a small charge, Please call the office for details.

SITE SPECIFICATIONS:

• 6m diameter/5m if available
• 2.5m in height (if indoors)
• door way access 900mm
• single power point, 10 amp 240 volt power supply
• shelter and light if required

VENUE ACCESS: Our pricing is based on delivering equipment to venues that have flat level access. If the venue has stairs or difficult access there will be an additional set-up charge. P.O.A

STAFF: Games come with fully trained and experienced staff.

AGE LIMIT: Most games are suitable for age 10yrs or over, some may have younger. If you have any queries please call Bucking Events on 1300 138 338

POWER: Please check the power requirements on this website for each game. The client is responsible for providing power to each game. Generators are available if power is not on site.
